We are delighted to welcome Victoria Keen who has joined us on 14th June as our new Funeral Administrator and Community Coordinator. Victoria will work closely with many key members in the local community around our funeral homes and will lead our ever-growing programme of activities and initiatives in the local areas. Victoria will also work in our funeral branches arranging funerals and working closely with families. If you would like to get involved in some of our new initiatives, do get in touch!
Victoria joins us having worked for many years in the fashion industry as an agent. She has also worked for many months in the independent funeral sector, working with many families to create beautiful and unique funerals. She has a huge amount of experience in customer engagement and brings a wealth of knowledge to our expanding team. We are delighted to have Victoria on board with us.
