Andrew Matthews [CertFAA]
Funeral Operative & Administrator
Andrew works hard to organise and support the funerals in the run up to them and on the day itself as a driver and a bearer. He is usually seen as our main hearse driver, and second in command on the funerals. When not on the road he can be seen in the branches working closely with families. He has been with us since October 2019.

Victoria Keen
Funeral Administrator
Victoria joined our team in June 2021. She works with our families to produce unique and beautiful funeral services. She also works with other local community members to make sure we are a key player in the local communities we serve. Victoria also conducts some of our funerals.

June Jones
Funeral Administrator
June works closely with families and oversees the administration of the funerals in our London Base in Catford. June joined the team in 2020, having worked previous for many years in a customer service role within a national bank. She is always willing to help and guide families through the funeral process.

David Wright
Driver / Bearer
Dave can be seen on almost all of the funerals driving the ceremonial vehicles and bearing the coffins. He has known Nick and Rachael for many years, and outside funerals sings with Rachael in the choir of St George’s Beckenham.

Roger Wibberley
Driver
Roger (Nick’s dad) can often be seen as part of the family team driving the ceremonial vehicles on funerals. Roger has come to the funeral industry only through this family business; he previously worked as a professional musician and lecturer.

David Smith [RIP]
Funeral Home Volunteer
David was an integral member of the team, working with us in our funeral homes to support our team of Funeral Administrators. He was a longterm friend to Nick and Rachael, and is much missed since his sudden death in April 2022

Star
Bereavement Dog Emeritus
Prior to COVID, Star was a key member of the team, and was the first smiley face behind the weekly ‘Therapy-Dog Thursday’ events in the funeral home. Many local people found great comfort by popping in for a cuddle and a play, and a chat over a nice cuppa. Star is now 13 years old, but still has the characteristic happy face of the Japanese Spitz breed.

Skye
Bereavement Dog in Training
Skye has followed in Star’s footsteps and taken over the work as the Company Bereavement Dog now that Star has retired. Being a lockdown puppy, Skye loves every opportunity to meet people, and loves everyone. Like Star, Skye is also a Japanese Spitz.

Mystie
Bereavement Puppy Apprentice
Mystie, a recent addition to the pack, is learning from her older role models about how to become a lovely, calming and caring bereavement dog. Mystie is a Samoyed, and therefore much bigger than both Star and Skye, despite looking very similar.
