Our dedicated team will guide you through every step of the process. From the initial conceptual stage to assigning you a mason, reviewing and approving the mason’s estimate, and moving through the design phase, where you’ll have the opportunity to make adjustments and give final approval, we will be there to assist and support you at every juncture.

Additionally, we will act as liaisons with the various third parties required for the stone, including the masons themselves, the cemetery, any grave owners, solicitors, and artists.

At HeritageStone, we provide a comprehensive service from inception to completion, ensuring that you have expert support and guidance throughout the entire process.

What can we do?

We can:

• Arrange the purchase, creation and installation of a brand new memorial.
• Repair or renovate an existing memorial.
• Temporarily remove a memorial for a new burial in the plot.

A few useful details

• Once you’ve worked with us on the design for the memorial, we’ll provide a detailed sketch of the design for you to approve before work begins.
• It usually takes around six to eight months to create a new memorial. Renovations take less than this.
• Your chosen cemetery or churchyard will have its own regulations on how soon memorials can be installed, which is usually between six and twelve months after the burial.
• We’ll enquire about fees charged by your chosen cemetery or churchyard for the installation or renovation of a memorial. We’ll include these in our fee and pay them on your behalf.
