Great news!
We are delighted to announce that we will soon be opening a second High Street funeral home in the bustling centre of Catford! The exact location of the shop will be announced in due course when the building is ready to be opened, but we are lucky to be right in the centre of Catford, very near a number of church communities we serve; especially close to Holy Cross Church in Catford where we do a great number of funerals and where Nick and Rachael (our company directors) are both worshippers. The new funeral home will serve, just as in Beckenham, as a community centre where people can come and arrange funerals, meet our team, choose the particulars of the funeral they might be arranging, and of course see their loved ones in our chapel of rest. In addition to a calm and welcoming funeral home at the front of the premises, the overall size is sufficient for us to build another state-of-the-art mortuary at the back, continuing in Catford the promise we have always made in Beckenham that people’s loved ones will be kept on site with us at all times.
Catford is Nick’s home, having been born and brought up in the area. He went to local schools and colleges, and started working in the funeral business in the local area, so it is a real great privilege to be able to open a new funeral home in this wonderful area, where we will be able to work hard for the local community of which we have always been a part!
