We are so pleased and proud to announce that we have been fully accredited as approved members of the National Association of Funeral Directors!
The NAFD was established in 1905 and represents Funeral Directors from all over the UK as well as overseas. Its role is to help both the funeral directors and bereaved families by supporting funeral directors to achieve best practise in all areas of our work.
The accreditation comes after a very full and thorough inspection and application process from the NAFD’s regional Standards Inspector who came and looked through everything we do from our physical facilities here in the funeral home and mortuary, to our paper trail and record keeping, and right through our funeral process and the services we offer to our families.
This accreditation means that families can be sure that we are operating at the top of our game, with he highest possible standards of care and diligence. The NAFD membership is a badge of honour that our services are amongst the best on offer.
