In his role, Steve will be responsible for managing all funeral logistics and operations, ensuring every detail is handled with the utmost care and respect. He will also be directly involved in conducting many of our funerals, personally guiding families through a difficult time with his compassionate and professional approach. This appointment is particularly special as it reunites Steve with our CEO, Nick, who previously worked alongside Steve, and was managed by him, at another funeral company.
